pleasant stay but few areas need improvement
The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself provided ample space for my family, with a comfortable sofa bed. We appreciated the great water pressure in the shower, making our mornings refreshing. The staff made us feel welcome, which significantly improved our experience.
Parking was a bit challenging during peak hours.

The Queen Suite with Kitchenette felt spacious and convenient for cooking small meals, which is a nice perk. Its proximity to cafes and the harbor adds a bit of charm, making it easier to grab a bite or explore.
Checking in was a hassle. I arrived at 4:30 PM and the office was closed, forcing me to wait for over thirty minutes only to leave frustrated. The cleanliness of the suite left much to be desired—sticky floors made walking around uncomfortable, and the sofa bed had noticeable issues with comfort due to a misaligned pull-out mechanism, making for a sleepless night. A late-night call from the hotel added to the annoyance, leaving me wondering about their organization and guest management.

We checked out the zoo and the beach, both were awesome. The location was great for grabbing food, with a supermarket nearby. Clean rooms and friendly staff were a plus. Perfect base for our adventures!
We did experience some noise from the street outside, which made it hard to sleep sometimes. Just something to keep in mind.

The room was pretty clean and comfy, like a solid 8/10. I had a firm mattress and good pillows that made for a good night's sleep. Shower pressure was excellent, but there were some road noise and no chairs or table. Overall, it was affordable for a late arrival and very convenient. Just keep in mind it was a bit small and the bathroom could use some updates.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Queen Room. The room had a decent kitchenette area, which was a plus. It made things convenient for quick meals. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome every time I needed assistance. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. However, there were a few things that could really use improvement. The mattress wasn’t entirely comfortable. it sloped on the edges, and that made sleeping less enjoyable. Housekeeping left some sand on the floor, which they should have cleaned up before my arrival. I also had to ask several times for washcloths and hand towels, which only arrived on the last night of my stay. Another issue was the TV shutting off due to a timer that interrupted my viewing experience. A few small changes could elevate this hotel from good to great.

Friendly staff made check-in smooth.
The experience was frustrating. The bathroom had filthy towels that I was penalized for leaving, which felt unfair. Additionally, there was no phone in the room to communicate issues with the front desk, and overall cleanliness was lacking.
